EXCEPTIONAL TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DURING PANDEMIC
- The following principles will be applied to the changing of the ferry tickets purchased for the trips cancelled up to 31 March 2022:
a) Changing the travel date is free of charge without applying a contractual penalty for all routes and departures until 31 May 2022.
b) if the customer wishes to change his/her trip into a trip starting from Finland, he/she will receive a free return trip in Shuttle Star Class;
c) if the customer does not have a new fixed travel date, a D-gift card within the sum of the trip ticket, to which 10% extra value will be added by Tallink, can be issued to him/her.
The D-gift card is valid for the purchase of a new trip up to 31 May 2022. The date of a new trip purchased with D-gift card cannot be later than 31 May 2022.
The D-gift card is valid when paying for the goods in Tallink e-shop as a means of payment up to 31 May 2022.
- If the customer wishes to cancel the trip or ferry ticket, all the money paid for the ticket will be refunded to him/her 14 days before the date of the trip.
As regards the tickets purchased for the trips of the routes cancelled up to 31 March, "Travel terms and conditions of AS Tallink Grupp" confirmed by the decisions of the management board of AS Tallink Grupp of 29 October 2019 apply in other respects.
Note! If the departure has not been cancelled by AS Tallink Grupp and can still be booked, normal terms apply.
