Ticket change and cancellation protection

Cancel Cover guarantees the passenger the right to change or cancel the ticket purchased by him or her on the Tallinn - Helsinki route up to 30 minutes and on all other routes up to 4 hours before the first departure on the ticket without paying a penalty fee.

Prices on all routes:

• 5 €/adult
• 2,5 €/6-17 year old
• 0 €/under 6 year old

Terms and conditions of change and cancellation protection:

• Change and cancellation protection (Cancel Cover) can be purchased for an individual passenger’s ticket on the Internet, in the smartphone application, sales office, contact center, and at the service desk at the terminal.
• Change and cancellation protection can be purchased up to 48 hours before the trip only with a purchase of the ticket.
• Change and cancellation protection must be purchased for all the passengers on the ticket.
• Change and cancellation protection can be purchased together with purchasing the ticket 6 days to 48 hours before the first departure; change and cancellation protection cannot be purchased less than 48 hours before the first departure on the ticket.
• Change and cancellation protection can be purchased for other Tallink Silja Line routes together with booking the ticket or later as an additional service 21 and more days before the first departure on the ticket; change and cancellation protection can be purchased together with purchasing the ticket 20 days to 48 hours before the first departure on the ticket; change and cancellation protection cannot be purchased less than 48 hours before the first departure on the ticket.
• Ticket can be changed or cancelled without incurring a contractual penalty up to 4 hours before the first departure on the ticket. On Tallinn-Helsinki route up to 30 minutes prior departure.
• When decreasing the number of passengers on the ticket, the cost of transport service (excl. the cabin) and the pre-purchased onboard service shall be refunded. The cost of the cabin is refunded only in the event that all the passengers booked for the cabin cancel their ticket.
• The cost of Cancel Cover is non-refundable
• Passengers do not collect Club One bonus points for change and cancellation protection.
• Change and cancellation protection is not available:
  a) for special cruises
  b) for purchasing serial tickets and gift cards
  c) for package trips including hotel, excursion or transportation
