Club One membership is household-based and joining is free of charge. In order to open an account, you need to be at least 18 years old. After submitting your application, an account is generated and you will receive your account number via email. Club One card can be used by downloading it in our mobile application. Club One bonus points accumulate for all members of the household after you have added your spouse and children onto the household account. And please remember to state your account number for all passengers when making a booking and present your mobile card when making onboard purchases.
