Terminals in Mariehamn and Långnäs (Lumparland) are open during the ships' arrivals and departures. There are separate check-in points for passengers travelling with and without a vehicle.

Silja Serenade and Silja Symphony (bound for Stockholm and Helsinki).

Baltic Princess (day/night departures bound for Stockholm and Turku in summer season).

Baltic Queen (bound for Stockholm and Tallinn).

NB! Passengers travelling to Maarianhamina/Långnäs from Stockholm, Turku, Helsinki or Tallinn:

The stopovers in Maarianhamina and Långnäs harbors are very short, so all passengers leaving the ship must be at the entrance at least 10 minutes before the ship's arrival. All passengers travelling with a vehicle must be at the car deck at least 10 minutes before the ship's arrival. Due to arrival in Maarianhamina and Långnäs is usually in the middle of the night, there are no announcements. This means that the passenger is responsible for wake-up and reserving enough time to disembark the ship. The wake-up can be requested to your own cabin from the ship's information desk.

N.B. Attention passengers on Galaxy & Baltic Princess Day in archipelago cruise: Note the short 10 minute time for changing ships in Mariehamn. We advise to be ready at exit doors well in advance before arrival to Mariehamn.
