The new Menu Nordic is created by Silja Symphony’s chef de cuisine Joonas Kõrm and chef Katja Eriksson. The menu is inspired by the rich culinary heritage of the 8 countries in the Baltic Sea region – from the shores of Sweden, Finland and Estonia to the coastlines of Poland, Germany and Denmark. Summer is the best time to use local fresh vegetables and berries, so our Chefs have created delicious traditional dishes with an elegant twist. Fine dining at it's best!

    New Ship's Wines

    2024 - 2025

    The new Ship’s wines and beers for Tallink and Silja Line have been selected again. The selection includes five private-label wines and two beers, all chosen from European producers.
